Last fall I started taking a Krav Maga class at the Colorado Fight Factory. LOVE IT. Not only is it a great workout but I’m also learning some great skills that may come in handy when I am traveling the globe, usually by myself. I recently did shots of some of the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighters who also train at the Fight Factory.
